Considering Different Viewpoints
At Woollybutt we believe that two heads are better than one. That in order to provide the best supports and outcomes that we need to consider multiple points of view. This includes people with a disability, their family and people who support them.
We do this through our feedback and complaints policy as well as our Advisory Group.
Advisory Group
Are you a person with a disability or do you provide supports to someone with a disability?
Would you be interested in joining our advisory group?
This is a group that any person with a disability or their informal supports are able to join. We will seek your advice intermittently about changes to our services, improvements we want to make and questions we may have.
If you are interested get in touch with us.
Feedback and Complaints
Woollybutt Specialist Services appreciate and value any type of feedback we receive. We always love compliments but also appreciate less positive feedback as a way to improve on what we do.
We also recognises that people with a disability have the right to provide feedback and complaints about the services they receive and that this is important for keeping people with a disability, carers and family members safe.
Feedback and complaints are also important to organisational, service and practice improvement.
People we support can expect complaints to be dealt with a confidential, fair and prompt manner and for staff to take steps to ensure that participants feel comfortable to continue accessing the service after making a complaint.
Please feel free to contact us in relation to any complaints or feedback you have.
We have an online feedback form available but are more than happy to provide a paper copy/digital copy or take feedback over the phone.
